MOQs vary by product category. Bhetki and mutton portions start from 3–5 kg, sweetwater varieties (Katla/Rohu) require 12 kg, and IFB IQF prawns or Basa fillets are 20 kg. Live Mud Crabs are supplied in batches of 30 pieces.
Standard cuts are dispatched on scheduled daily runs. Specialty items like fresh Hilsa/Ilish, Pomfret, and Scampi need 2 to 3 days advance notice, while live Mud Crabs and fresh lobsters require 3 to 7 days.
Fresh, whole unprocessed fish and raw meats are exempt from GST. Processed and frozen items—including IFB Agro IQF prawns, imported Basa, squid tubes, and Atlantic Salmon—attract applicable GST over the base rates.

Yes. We provide skinless or skin-on fillets (Kolkata and Bhola Bhetki), curry cuts without head and tail, deveined prawns, boneless mutton cuts, and fine keema.
Freshness, temperature, and piece counts must be verified upon delivery alongside our dispatch team. Given the perishable nature of cold-chain seafood, any discrepancies must be noted at the time of delivery for immediate replacement or credit adjustment.
